Ryan Harding

Ryan Harding is an online fitness coach, ex Royal Marine Commando and owner of Evolution Fitness.

What interests me the most how fitness can change people, for example me doing coaching watching people’s life change through fitness and health.

Currently I just eat “healthy” no tracking food as I am in Thailand and I eat out.

My current type of training is “bodybuilding” style, but I’ve started to increase cardio as I will be starting Muay Thai soon.

Marcus Woods

Fitness has been a passion of mine for about 15 years.

I use to be a chubby kid but transformed my physique while in college.

Then I started personal training people in 2011.

In 2014, I started writing for various health and fitness companies.

The diet I follow is intermittent fasting.

I’ve done other diets but IF feels most natural to me.

I prefer weightlifting but I incorporate HIIT, cardio, and other fitness elements into my training regimen.

Jeremy Campbell

I am a guitar player and avid lifter with a passion for health and fitness.

When I’m not working out or playing the guitar, I’m probably either writing or reading about fitness and nutrition.

I love this stuff and just can’t get enough of it!

I worked in IT throughout the majority of my twenties and have an Associate Degree in Computer Science but decided it wasn’t for me.

I decided to take my chances on a career as a writer and couldn’t be happier!

I have personally lost over 150 pounds and have been able to keep the weight off for years.

I know the struggles of weight loss and sticking to a healthy lifestyle.

I can empathize well with the typical readers of this sort of content.

I workout daily and track my diet meticulously and if there ever was someone that knows it all when it comes to this stuff, it would be me!

Jamie T Cripps

Having spent many years training in boxing, followed by a study in the personal trainer and fitness industry, Jamie has now decided to mix his skills to write great quality content about health and fitness.

Jamie writes workout plans, HIIT routines and articles on how to get in tip top shape.

During his many years of writing, Jamie has released a number of different books on Amazon for Kindle, as well as helping many other writers to accomplish their writing projects.

Khaled Ezzat

My name is Khaled and I’m a fitness enthusiast, I’ve been bodybuilding since high school.

I love watching, researching and reading anything that has to do with health and fitness and even writing about it and have been doing so for a couple of years now.

Richard Wolfe

I’d say the thing that interests me most about health and fitness is the positive transformative effect it can have on our lives.

Speaking from personal experience, I was 92kg, borderline diabetic and lacking confidence.

After about 18 months, a strict diet and 3 times a week at the gym I  lost 20kg.

As a result I felt much better about myself and radically overhauled my lifestyle.

I think I mentioned these days I can run a 10k a couple of times a week – something that would have literally killed the 92kg me.

In terms of my diet, I use MyFitnessPal to track my food, so these days it’s really the “If It Fits Your Macros” diet.

With a couple of cheeky bottles of wine on the side 🙂

But I’ve done all kinds of different ones – carb rotation, a bit of paleo, etc., but none of the fasting ones.

I don’t think that helps with gym work 😉

In terms of exercise, I’d say that weights are my favourite, but at this time of the year (when the sun’s out and everyone wants to look decent in shorts and a vest) I tend to throw in some cardio in the form of 5k or 10k.

I don’t mind the HIIT but I tend to save that as a last resort if the fat really isn’t shifting by June!!!!

We focus on quality not content which is why we only post 1 or 2 high quality articles per week!
