Guys are getting fake abs and it looks painful!

The Hospitals CEO where these procedures are taking place and surgeon Raweewat “Sae” Maschamadol revealed they get up to 30 new customers per year for this procedure and many of them are in show business! Hmm, wonder who it could be!

Instead of implants the abs are made by strategically sucking fat out of certain areas of your abdomen to sculp your abs.

They say it’s painless but after you see the pics below you’ll probably question that!
